Below APN settings should be manually configured in your HTC Titan II to access internet or MMS with Afghan Telecom in Afghanistan.
Usually in all Windows Phones these configurations are automatically set by the Windows Update. But for some reason if they are not setup here’s what you should do.
Press Start button
Select Settings from the program list Make sure the System settings are selected in the panorama (and not the application settings)
Scroll down to Cellular
Swipe Data Connection to On (if it is off)
Swipe 3G Connection to On (if it is off)
Click on the edit apn button
Set APN to internet
Confirm by clicking on the left check-icon in the slide-up menu.
