CCT APN for Windows 8.1 Surface tab
Below APN settings should be manually configured in your Windows 8.1 Surface tab device to access internet or MMS with CCT in Congo.
Internet
Open Settings and select Change PC settings
Select Network and Connections, then click on CCT under Mobile broadband
Under Access Point set Name to Custom
Click Edit
Access point name (APN): cct.com
Username:
Password:
