Tap Settings, and then tap Network Connections.
Tap Mobile Network.

Open Text Messages.
Press the dots.
Press Settings and select Text Messages.
Select MMS.

Press Advanced and enter the following details.

APN = mms.ideasclaro
MMSC URL = http://mms.ideasclaro.com:8002
Proxy URL = 216.230.133.66:8080

Press Save.

Return to home screen.
