Below APN settings should be manually configured in your Samsung ATIV Odyssey to access internet or MMS with Orange in Moldova.

Orange Internet

Open cellular settings, in the App list, tap Settings Cellular.

Select Data connection and turn this On.

Enable Highest connection speed

Tap Add Internet APN

Make below changes to the configuration

Password:
Proxy server (URL):

IP type: IPv4

Tap Save

Done.

Open cellular settings, in the App list, tap Settings Cellular.

Tap Add MMS APN

Make below changes to the configuration

Maximum MMS size: 1MB
IP type: IPv4

Tap Save

Tap Save

Orange_MMS_GPRS (MMS) APN

Open cellular settings, in the App list, tap Settings Cellular.

Select Data connection and turn this On.

Tap Save
